You eat a little. I couldn't lose weight at 1200 calories but I am losing fine at 1500-1800 cals. Don't be afraid of calories,you can eat at a deficit without cutting 1000 calories.

I usually dont log it but I'm happy because I know I was active. If I do something heavy though,I log it as "moderate effort".

I count salad but I don't weigh the tomatoes or the lettuce or generally the "almost zero calorie" veggies. I would add "half tomato" "1 cup of lettuce" and so on..

Hot dogs and any kind of red meat.. I haven't eaten red meat in months now. There are many things that don't bother me but I could live without like mayonnaise,waffles,crepes,pancakes,croissants,cakes and generally pastries. I could live without them for sure.
