  • I've been walking for a few months and moved up to C25k a few weeks ago. My knee hurt a little bit, but I pushed through it and figured it was just soreness. Last Monday I had a tweak in my left knee and noticeable swelling and pain in the top of my shin bone that rest RICE didn't help. In fact it felt like it was getting…
  • Just finished Couch To 5k Week 1 Day 2 - 1.9 miles at a 16:15/mile walk and 10:30/mile pace. About the same pace as the first day, maybe a little faster on the walking and slower on the jogging. According to RunKeeper, my walking speed was about 3.5mph and my jogging speeds started at a 10:30/mile pace and actually increased to a 9:30/mile by the last rep. I've been walking once a day for 15 minutes @…
