hey, eating good clean foods def. helps w anxiety and depression. i know when i eat too much crap i feel awful. maybe pack your lunches/dinners the night before so that you have good foods ready for the next day. what about working out when you get home from work? i know it will be late but at least you can get your…

woot woot!!! LCSW here. best advice i can give is that being a social worker isn't easy, but remember the reasons why you wanted to become one and stay true to your beliefs! we should totally make a social worker group!!

just stay calm. you won't feel much of anything. you will probably start off in a room where they check your vitals and such. then they will bring you to a room that looks like an operating room. the actual procedure itself only takes about 5 minutes.. take some motrin afterwards and use ice on the injection site if it is…

i think it depends. if you are just beginning to workout regularly 30ds is a great start. if you have been doing 30ds for awhile then i would switch it up to get a bigger variety of exercise. :-)

i alternate all jillians workouts. i think they each focus on different muscle groups. do you have her 6week 6 pack or kiler buns and thighs? those are great to incorporate on days you arent doing 30ds or ripped! goodluck!! :-)

i vote for july 14th! i know the falls really well. i wouldn't mind setting up a hike to either the big or little falls. the hike to the big falls is pretty long, but the falls are beautiful. please let me know what i can do!

middletown is centrally located. wadsworth falls has a beautiful beach/bbq area and then great hiking trails to the waterfalls. just a suggestion! i grew up in FFLD so I know Lake Mohegan is a great spot too!
