daily calories
HI all, so i have a question. On MFP my daily calorie goal is 1450 (to lose 1lb per week). On Livestrong.com it says that my daily calorie goal to lose 1lb per week is 1803. Does anyone know why there is such a big discrepency? Thanks for any help you guys can give me. I am totally confused! :embarassed:

same caloric intake after weigh in?
I was hoping someone could explain this to me. When we sign up for MFP, it gives you a daily caloric intake that you need to meet. As we lose weight, shouldn't that number drop? Since we don't need as many calories when we are lighter? So for example, if I am eating 2000 calories to start and then lose 20 pds, shouldn't…
