I would like to incorporate veggies in to my eating habits but I dont know how to make/cook them. I know it sounds silly but only veggies I ever ate came from a can. just heat and add butter. I like broccoli, corn, and french style green beans but i add butter. My boyfriend uses green peppers and onions in our spaghetti…

Hello, I started in June 2013 at 225 and now at 178. The bulk of the weight came off within about 4 months. since then its been hard to lose any more. Feel free to add me

I am 5'8 182 lbs and wear size 14. My heaviest was 229 lbs and size 20. I am not sure what body type I have but I carry most of my weight in my stomach. So dropping in pant size is really difficult.

Yes I am aware that there is no magic pill or quick fix. I work out 6 days a week (cardio and strength training) and I watch my caloric intake. I was just asking for some information on garcinia cambogia. I also see that ingredient in beverage drinks like Fuze.

Fantastic job, I am still adjusting my calorie deficit. I have slow metabolism due to my daily medicine but I will eventually figure it out. I do a program by jillian michaels, total body revolution. I lost a good bit of weight the first time I completed it, so I'm hoping the second round will due the same.

No, I havent seen any difference in how clothes fit. I feel stronger though.

Eating 1200 calories a day, I ate about half my calories back from exercising. I did a 90 day program called Jillian Michaels Total Body Revolution. it comes with 3 different phases, 5 DVDs in each phase.
