Big stomach to visible abs photos, please
I had/have a big stomach, I lost about 7 inches on my waist but I would like to eventually see some type of definition. I went from 47 in to 40.5 in waist. Still a ways to go. What exercises help build the muscles for push ups?
I have been exercising for about 8 months doing strength training and cardio. (Jillian Michaels Total Body revolution) I am stronger and thinner but I still cannot do regular style push ups. I can only do the women version with your knees on the floor. What exercises help build the muscles you need to do push ups?

Last year I was huffing trying to maintain 4 mph on a treadmill. Today I ran 3 miles in 33 min. At one point I ran 6 mph for 9 min straight! Im so excited, think I might turn into a runner :smile:

I have a pair of K-Swiss tube something or another I wear only during workouts. I workout 6 days a week in my living room. I read "runners" replace their shoes between 250 - 350 miles. Stick with 1200 caloric intake after program?
During the program it was recommended to eat 1200 calories day. Now that I am finished with the program, do I stay eating 1200 calories a day? Not sure what to do from here. I still workout 3 times a week just to keep the weight off but I want to lose a few more pounds. any ideas?

calories in vs calories out.......sorry to ask
This will probably sound like a really dumb question. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume, correct? So If I consume 1200 calories a day, I have to burn more than 1200 calories during my workout? I am new and confused. Please don't be sarcastic
