I have a pair of K-Swiss tube something or another I wear only during workouts. I workout 6 days a week in my living room. I read "runners" replace their shoes between 250 - 350 miles. Since I don't run, when is time to replace your workout shoes? I've had this pair since June 2013. They look fine but I am just curious when they should be replaced.

What is your body telling you? For running I find my shoes typically last 400 miles, but even though they look fine I can feel they are no longer fucntioning well enough. It's easier in some ways because i rotate shoes so I always have a newer and an older pair and can tell a difference. But some people get more miles before they need to retire a pair, and some less. in older shoes the legs tire more quickly, and any aches I'm dealing with are more pronounced.
i would think the same would hold true for other workout shoes. If they are doing the job and you feel fine and they appear structurally fine keep using them. Of course, you could get a new pair and start rotating them in anyway. That couldhelp you learn when you need to replace them for your individual workouts and body.0
