I like oatmeal. I like to add blueberries, brownsugar and cinnamon to it. YUM. Try that. Just add in the calories. Doesn't have to be a great deal of sugar, just enough to make it yummy. Oatmeal is wonderful!

5 consecutive days of cardio!! Well, technically I've only managed 4, but the last one is tomorrow and I'm not letting anything stop me :-) I haven't gone walking/jogging for 5 consecutive days since before I got pregnant, a year and a half ago!

I have both the regular PB2 and the kind with chocolate. I use them in a breakfast drink with milk and a nutritional powder (Carnation Instant Breakfast). Yummy!

Hey Kara... well, I have an 8 month old who does the same thing to me. I *try* to get into the gym after hubby is home in the evening and I can leave her with him. If that works, great, but if not... Often, I find that when I am craving sugar and want to reach for a candy bar or several cookies (or more than several) that a big glass of water (like 16 oz) and waiting 20 minutes kills the craving. Water to the rescue!

I don't do anything different on my period. Thanks to SoftCup, sometimes I forget I'm even on it. Well, I haven't actually had a period in well over a year, LOL, but when I *was* getting them, that was the case. And when they do eventually come back, I'm not planning on doing anything differently.

The foods you have listed are not bad foods. But they do not equal enough calories for one day for the vast majority of people. If it were me, I'd try adding some oatmeal, brown rice, and a couple tablespoons of peanut butter to my day to get the calorie count up a bit higher, while still eating healthy items. Recovery…

No one has ever said that specifically, to me, and I've also found that weighing my food really helps me log accurately. I'm always amazed how small of a portion the nutritional panel calls for! 28 grams ain't a lot of matter, that's for sure! :-)

B, if I have happen to have a small size around... different brands run a little different, so sometimes I'm a 5 in one size and an 8 in another. Who knows. Or C, because I don't keep that many pairs of pants around. Especially if they don't fit anymore!
