I roast most of my veggies. Toss them in a little olive oil, salt and pepper and put them in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes, it makes them crispy and slightly browned. Thanks guys ^_^ I think I'll mainly be using it to develop some muscle tone, I've heard muscle burns more calories. I'm thinking a separate video for cardio, but I haven't chosen one yet.
