My new fave is putting whatever meat the family is eating into a pan with butter and cooking down shredded cabbage with it.

My face is much more clear when my carb consumption is low. However, when I first decreased my carb intake I had a horrible breakout and then my skin looked so much nicer after that.

I have veggie issues as well. Check out a list of FODMAP veggies and try sticking to the ones that are low on the list. The high FODMAP veggies make me feel miserable.

I can't recall where I read it, but I know it was one of the Swedish keto sights, that women losing weight should stick to as close to 60g of protein a day. Going over 60 is supposed to lower the rate of weight loss.

I have the same issue. I can't close my diary if I don't eat at least 1k calories a day. Some days I am not hungry. I see these comments go back and forth and sometimes by the same person. 'Eat only when your hungry' 'If your eating enough fat you'll be satiated longer' 'Eat the minimum calories'. It's all so confusing.…

My littles are the same. At first they resisted but now they are on board. I cook one meat and give them veg options and it seems to work. They do have snacks that I don't eat but in moderation I feel it is ok.

Have you tried taking a magnesium supplement about an hour before you go to bed? It's good for keeping muscle cramps at bay in addition to helping you feel over all relaxed.

You brought tears to my eyes; I REALLY needed to read this. These very fears kept me away from the gym for so long. I have just recently started walking/jogging at the gyms outside trail.
