  • Thanks for your help I did the TDEE calculations and I see what you mean. It makes a big difference. I want to lose this weight so desperately that I was willing to try to stick with the 1200 calories. I will wake up tomorrow and replay my meals and make an extra effort to stop the PM snacks.
  • Thanks...I have seen TDEE referenced here, but had no idea what it was. Now I do! It makes me realize that I was not too far over. If I put these calories to good use during the day and eliminate my night snacks, I may be able to do this…one day at a time I guess
