I recon I used to eat about 2500 - 3000 a day :noway: But now I eat 1500 - and my exercise calories :smile:

100 miles isn't too tough, I thought that, but now I log my miles per month and easily add up 150 - 200 :smile: Good luck :drinker: Edit: sorry I add cycling into that too

I use shock-absorber sports bra's and have for years, I have never worn 2 sports bra's even as a EE cup. But I have gone from that 38EE back to 34C - it is possible but I didn't see it until I got to about 50lb loss :ohwell:
