I have 93 lbs I need to lose. I absolutely measure out my food with measuring cups and those things. Sometimes I just feel like a failure because in the 3 years I have been battling my weight I feel like I should already be at my goal!

You totally missed my point. I want to eat till I am not hungry anymore because I am not trying to starve myself!! Your goal in eating shouldn't be to feel full in the first place. Eat until you are no longer hungry and then STOP even if you have food left over

Eating that much fruit in a day is not good because of all the natural sugars- I mean sugar is sugar not matter where it comes from. I personally would never do that diet and it does sound ridiculous!

5'6" looking to hit 140# 93ish to lose. I am all about having friends but I would like to keep it kind of small in order to keep it personal. Also want friends who are between 1400-1600 calories.

PJ- I do work out more then once a week I just happen to only take class on one day. I do water stuff, walking the track for a mile and using a NU Step machine for my knees.

Hi, I love swimming I have chronic pain and it is so nice to be able to do things in the water that I can't do on land. At my gym I met with someone who does pool orientation with me every couple of weeks until I feel like I have enough fun exercises. When we meet she also makes sure my form is correct.

Hello, I have chronic pain and so when I started out I would stretch a little then walk around a track. If you do join a gym try to find one with a pool because that will be easier on your joints. I am a breakfast lover!! Try eating 1-2 packets of any kind of oatmeal it is so filling. Otherwise I usually have 2 strawberry waffles -190 cals, spray butter has no cals, low calorie sugar free syrup-10-20 cals and yogurt. Fresh fruit is also a good option. Hope this helps :)

Thank you so much. I have a hard time trying to make it to the gym because of it. But I do faithfully go to the gym on Thursday nights for my piloxing class. 400 calories in 45 minutes for my ht and wt. The rest of the week I just seem to feel so exhausted. :(

Hi, I don't avoid anything. Everything in moderation. However for some people should avoid foods if you can't eat just 1 serving. I have a friend who loves the fiber one products but will not eat any because he can't have just one. I love the fiber plus granola bars chocolately peanut butter before I work out.

Hi, For me its about being completely honest with myself even if I go out to eat and go over my calories. I might get mad but then I realize tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to start over.
