Another walker checking in... ride the occasional bike, but walking is my love.

I'm 5'4". My goal is 140, and if a miracle occurs, maybe 135. Currently 155. I'm wayyyy older than most of you and I think that weight is good for a sixty something.

I just joined MFP today - lacto/ovo veg.... although I occasionally eat fish if I know where it's from. Trying to eliminate that. Please add me, too.
