Nothing like a new incentive and a fresh start. Weighed in this morning - I'm on the 5:2 plan, so expected maybe a little more loss, but I seem to lose soooo slowly. It's okay, I need to remember I'm not in a race, this is for life.

I like Tuesdays for weigh in, because I'm doing the 5:2 diet and I always weigh on Tuesdays and Fridays... but I'm flexible if everyone else prefers a different day. Thanks for getting us going!

I'm 5'4". My goal is 140, and if a miracle occurs, maybe 135. Currently 155. I'm wayyyy older than most of you and I think that weight is good for a sixty something.

Hi, I'm new here, too... I just turned 66. It still surprises me when I think about it. So, I try not to. I'm on the 5:2 diet, for about 3 and 1/2 weeks now. I LOVE it ! I just joined MFP today - lacto/ovo veg.... although I occasionally eat fish if I know where it's from. Trying to eliminate that. Please add me, too.
