  • I had hit a plateau in my weight loss until last week when I started lifting. Do it! Muscles on girls will generally be leaner.   • I just finished the program for pear shaped! I loved it. I had really good results, and I have to admit, I missed quite a few days. I lost at least .5" everywhere and my butt can pass the horrible PENCIL test. lol I did the cardio axe in my socks but everything else I wore shoes.
  • It's a great workout. If you really stick with it and push yourself you'll big changes. Not necessarily weight. Take measurements because you might lose more inches the lbs. If you choose to get it good luck!
  • Thanks for the replies everyone! I wanted something to do along with the 30 Day Shred. My husband wants me to just go to the gym (I can go to the one on base for free), but I just don't enjoy the gym.

  • I'm on day 6, but I've been doing it every other day. Going to the gym on days off the 30 Day Shred. Like previously mentioned you WILL see inches off within days. My weight doesn't change a lot when I do it, but I definitely go down in size. The first and second day are the hardest. Don't give up! Level 2 is my favorite.…
