I've started doing the 30 Day Shred. I'm on L1D3, but I don't know how to log it into my daily exercise on here. How has everyone else logged it?

Most people log it under circuit training if you do not have a HRM (heart rate monitor) to tell you the exact cal burn.0

i dunno - i just added it as an exercise. LOL it's kind a cross between cardio and strength training... i found someone that used a HRM, weighed 154 and it calculated approx 8.5 calories per minute so I had to estimate for my weight. Figured it was a big low but *shrug* it's better than not logging it!0
