There are tons of raw food ideas! I know you like to bake so there are even raw food dessert options: Here are two of my favs - (Brownie) http://www.mynewroots.org/site/2011/04/the-raw-brownie-2/ and (cheesecake) http://www.mynewroots.org/site/2011/01/raw-cashew-dreamcake-2/ I do have a favourite Raw Foodie Blogger where I…

Try Lower Body - I find that one a pretty good mix of yoga and pilates. Lots of Sun Sals and Warrior Poses. It's completely up to you how you structure your workouts. You don't have to do PiYo everyday if it doesn't work for you. The last thing you want is to burn yourself out and stop altogether. I've set the challenges…

Of course you can stay Lillian! I think what I might do is just add PiYo to the end of each week's challenge and then you can just ignore that part. I'm here to help in whatever capacity I can.

Ashley, TAKE PHOTOS TOMORROW MORNING! lol That is an order! Do it with your phone in front of a full body mirror. You can do them in your workout gear before you do your morning cardio! I want you to take them once a week. You will be so happy you did. It's so cool to look back at your progress through photos. DO IT, DO…

YAY, so glad you think so. I'm hoping people will come out of hiding eventually so that we can really start to offer some support to each other.

Hi babsmckenna, I'm so glad you found this group. I hope it will start to get a little more lively in the coming weeks as we progress through these challenges to get to our official PiYo start date. Your energy is so positive, that is absolutely fantastic! Just keep plugging away at the workouts slowly and modify modify…

Hello pegjmoore! I'm so glad you're excited! The emails have started coming in and you guys are making me even more excited than I was when I started this group. How long have you been running? I just picked up running again myself... I've only done a couple of 5k runs in the past so I don't consider myself a runner by any…

I think PiYo is a great program but for me it's not one I would do on its own. I am currently using it as a supplementation to my already existing workouts. I don't think it's an intense enough program to see dramatic results with. I started a PiYo Fusion Challenge Group but it doesn't begin until August 4. I want to to…

I would lay off the ab work until you're sure it has come back together. The last thing you want to do is make it worse. Focus on cardio and strength training. You don't need to do ab specific work to notice a difference in your stomach. Start reducing the fat that is there first and then when things start to get better…

At the end of the day, any program has the ability to work or not work. Everyone is going to swear by their individual program because it's what works for them and it's what they believe in. What it's going to come down to is consistency. Pick an activity you enjoy doing so that you continue to do it for the long haul.…

Take it one day at a time. It's so easy to get caught up in the big picture and how you feel at the current time. It's even harder just after a baby. I didn't know my head from my tail after my daughter was born and I certainly was not happy about my appearance. What I started to realize is that time was going to just keep…

To anyone looking for friends, feel free to add me as well.

Anyone can feel free to add me as well! :)

I am currently doing a mix of things. I'm a teacher so my routine is a lot different now that I'm off than it was when I was working I run every morning for 15 minutes on the treadmill at home and then do a few kettle bell swings for 5 min or so (did this while working as well). My toddler goes to toddler "camp" for the…

I agree with a lot of what's been said. I'm not big on 'pyramid schemes' and I don't like when people are pushy about product sales. With that said, I am one of those evil sales person coaches BUT I was a Nutritionist, Phys-Ed Teacher, Former Varsity Volleyball Player, Zumba Instructor and Personal Trainer before I was a…

I'm currently BFing my 10-month-old. I juice on occasion. My husband and I did a 3 day juice fast in January (I heavily modified my cleanse with food so as not to produce a wave of toxins exiting my body). I feel great.

T-25 works amazingly. I already replied to another threat specifically about it but I absolutely love the program. It's perfect because the workouts are so short and just when you feel like calling it quits, it's over. The workouts are really effective even my husband ends up drenched in sweat!

I'm active. The past week has been a little hectic with my little one starting Montessori school but I'm still focused. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I forgot to come back and update after week 1. I'm now half way into my 3rd week and I think the program is absolutely amazing! I've lost 10.6 lbs in 2 weeks and I already look smaller. There's a noticeable difference in my natural waist. I'm not currently doing any outside programs other than T-25 but I do make sure to do…

I've been doing the workouts as outlined including the Friday doubles. I haven't been doing any other workouts besides T-25 and I've lost 10.6 lbs in the two weeks since I've started. I'm excited to see how week 3 goes. This program is working magic on my body.

Currently starting Week 3 of T-25. March 3, 2014 - Start Weight: 220 March 10, 2014 - Week 1: 214.4 March 17, 2014 - Week 2 (CW): 209.4

My goal is to lose 10 lbs this March and fully commit to the T25 program in its entirety.

I started testing workouts last Thursday but fully committed to the program as it is laid out this Monday. I am 3 days in and loving it! It's perfect for me as I have a 10 month old at home and finding time to do anything let alone working out is hard. It's about 27-28 minutes all said and done including cool down and the…

I just finished and I am wiped! I was afraid I was going to wake my daughter from her nap with all of my huffing and puffing. That was certainly a good workout. Tough but good.
