Your cardio is good. If you can lift weights too, it helps you burn more.

Get rid of the "fat clothes" ASAP, BUT WHEN LIFE DOES HAPPEN, and you gain -- only buy necessities for clothes and get them from goodwill. You will crave your nicer clothes.

You really shouldn't only eat 30g of carbs a day... that's seriously like 1/2 cup of oatmeal... I'm wondering if you were trying to say something else?

Tuna is a healthy meat choice with plenty of Omega3's Try to make tuna salad with greek yogurt (plain) instead of mayo, more nutirional and lower calories. :)
