You totally got this --insert excited emojis because apparently mfp won't let me--. If you're looking for friends/support feel free to add me :-).

Yogurt is high in protein and you can do lots with that. Lean meats in general are great for protein too.
-
Fitbit says there's an internal server issue and it's still not working so...they are probably working on an update to fix it. I hope.
-
Yep I live about an hour from Sioux Falls
-
Not everyone is having issues so it must not be a systemwide thing....

I'm finishing up a two week vacation. I was able to cook a lot of my meals and make time for nice walks and hikes. I brought my food scale and it was well worth the effort. I know for sure I've lost several inches staying on track. Can't wait to see what my weigh-in day looks like
-
Unless you have a doctor or a professional monitoring you, anything less than 1200 for a woman is not a good idea in the long run.
-
And I know you're not on yogurt but if you get back on it I like to add honey and flaxseed to mine and then put it in the fridge to chill and thicken. One of my favorite treats.
-
Nut butters: peanut butter, almond butter etc etc. Justin's is by far my favorite. I have to order mine on Amazon because I live in a small crappy town.
-
Apples or bananas with some nut butter is fab and filling

I don't think that itself made you gain weight. There had to be something else in play too.
-
Monthlyinfo.com is useful. Sleepbot is a good app too.
-
I eat what mine gives me and I've had no problems. Just eat less back and see what happens.
-
You totally got this! I have a gal on my friends list who has lost like 280 and a guy who's down 450 so far. They've shown me that it's extremely doable. Feel free to add me for support :-)
-
Bahahaha you are hilarious!

I was diagnosed with pmdd and was on yaz until insurance stopped covering it. Now almost a decade later I'm on a different one for different reasons but I gotta say I still get those urges but I'm able to talk myself down (most of the time), also it's gotten a lot easier now that I'm eating enough to net at least 1200 so…

Both!! Mmmmmm beer float
-
My steps are working but it showed I only burned 2 calories in about 30 minutes so... I don't know if it's a related issue or not
-
Mine seems to be pretty dead on but if it was burning too high I would just eat a little less than it gives me...
-
You can totally do this. I'll add you :-)
-
Congrats on the new baby and the goal of a healthier you. I also need to lose quite a bit. I'm down 94 so far. Feel free to add me :-)
-
You totally got this. One day at a time. Take it slow and try not to read into what the forums say too much until you get a base of how to do this. The forums can be very overwhelming if you let it be. Just my opinion. I'm down 94 as of today. Patience is key. If you'd like support feel free to add me :-)

I was sticking to a set number between 1490 and 1750 even if I burned way more. I decided that I needed to focus on netting 1200 because I wasn't eating enough. I now eat between 1390 and 2300 depending on what my Fitbit gives me but even on rest days I can't make myself sit still for very long so I tend to eat at least 2k…
-
I'm actually attempting that now but working with what my Fitbit charge hr gives me. Focusing on netting 1200 so I'll eat anywhere between 1390 and 2300 depending on the day. Been losing the last 2 weeks so my body must like what I'm doing. *sorry if I misunderstood the post but this is what I'm personally doing rather…
-
Do NOT listen to the person blatantly telling you to eat 1200. Good lord no. Work with your doctor and as some have said make sure you are weighing EVERYTHING.
-
I also saw a post on here where a lady says she's been in maintenance 4 years and is still seeing some slight tightening. So...yes. Patience is important.

I'm 5 ft. Started at 254.4. Currently at 162-ish and slowly working my way down.

Born in Midland, Michigan. Family moved to Minnesota when I was 8.

Feel free to add me. The more the merrier :-)

While I haven't gained weight on it I have noticed i have an insatiable appetite most weeks which makes it a major struggle to control myself. Sorry yours has caused you such a frustrating problem.
