You are welcome to add me if you'd like. I'm active every day.

Don't have exactly similar circumstances but I'm always up for giving more support.

I have to use Bob's Red Mill GF oats. I cook them on the stove and never add milk. I've been putting chocolate protein powder, whole chia seeds, ground flaxseed meal, powdered stevia for sweetening, and almond butter in mine.

I've found the darker the better. Turns out it's more satisfying for me so I eat less than I would other varieties.

They won't transfer over as individual exercise but as one lump calorie/step total. Would be nice if it did...

As soon as I started shrinking out of them they left my closet for good. Like others have said, there is no going back there for me. With the exception of an outfit I was in love with that I'm saving to use when I've reached my goal for a before and after picture. Instead I buy cute clothes to go into my shrink-me box I…

Adopting Beckett was the best thing I've ever done. She's ridiculously hyper and was the one to really push me to be more active and take care of myself. Had a few false starts but now we're holding steady. The pic with the crazy do is the day I brought her home in 2011. The other is a more current-ish one. She doesn't sit…

Miracle noodles are ok. Zero cals but the texture is kinda weird. I've discovered kelp noodles which were 15 cals for the entire bag and I enjoyed those more.

Make sure there isn't an update available for either/both programs. When they created a fix they made an update and that fixed mine right up.

I've been told 1200 minimum in order to get proper nutrients etc. I'm 5', about 147 lbs, 30 yrs, and set to lose 0.5 a week. Mfp has me set at 1380 and I aim for about 1550 on rest days (light walking, general life activities etc) and 1650 on workout days. I've been losing between 1 and 2 lbs a week lately which is fine…

My GF beer has a nutrition label...

I see a lot of entries where people do their own math before adding the food to the database

I hope your first step is to fire that jerk

Mine updates every sync but goes back to zero exercise within minutes. It's been broken for days. I hope they fix this soon.

I prefer the jif chocolate peanut butter powder but pb2 works in a pinch. Don't go in expecting the delicious flavor and comfort of peanut butter though.

I did take my foodscale with me when I visited family for almost 3 weeks. We did a lot of eating out but because I used my scale when I could and stayed moderately active I actually lost a smidge during that time. I plan to do so again when I visit this summer although I hope to be in maintenance at that point so the food…

Me unfortunately. I deal with several different letters as I like to put it. I find it helps tremendously. Once you get a schedule going and stick to it you will be able to really notice the difference and it will help you to want to keep with it even more.

I don't do "cheat" days. I mostly choose healthier options but I eat whatever I want every day. Why would you torture yourself? This is a lifestyle change and frankly a life without dessert and pizza is no life at all.

I avoid wheat and most grains because I have a severe intolerance/sensitivity to them. I also don't eat most dairy because I'm lactose Intolerant. That's it. I eat anything and everything else. Unofficially down almost 106 so far. It's a lifestyle change and what's the point of making yourself mieserable if you dont have…

I agree, you need to find something you love to do. Also, once you do it for awhile it's an automatic habit and even when you don't feel motivated you do it anyway because you know how much better you feel when it's all said and done.

I have the charge HR as well. Love the simplicity. I also run and lift weights. I've never had issues with anything breaking.

Feel free to add me. You CAN do this.

Feel free to add me. I'm down 105 so far. I have about 30 to go give or take. Always looking to give and receive support.

I love rice bran oil. Has a hint of buttery flavor without the overwhelming grossness of buttery-ness (I loathe the taste personally).

A lot of people on my friend list here use them together and find it works for them
