Well...I'm female. Does that work? LOL. I also have minor issues with binging. I eat what I want if it fits in my day, mostly aiming for healthy options but PMS week I'm all over the chocolate and comfort food. I've lost about 54 so far, looking to lose 132-ish. I've recently discovered a love for belly dancing. Not the slow-mo stuff but the hard dance workout. I also jog in place, 30 day shred, squats challenge, dancing in general, walking my dog. Whatever strikes my fancy. I gotta have variety or I get bored very quickly.

Exercise and smooth move tea before bed. Also coffee in the morning if I'm really broken. Sometimes 5 prunes if I'm excessively broken.
