Still moving, but my long walks (and rides) are being replaced by packing up our house to put it on the market. I don't count steps for MYA, but my aim is always 10k before I pick up the kids at school, and I always make it. :) Goal this month: 75mi

117.5mi I made goal with a bike ride over the weekend. Yay! A calf injury I've been fighting the last month (running) can no longer be ignored. Boo! Got new shoes, took a few days off, saw the chiropractor, yada yada yada, it's still getting worse. I am really trying to take it easy, but....ugh. Happy Spring!

Another vote for shoes with the help of an independent running shop where they can analyze your pronation. (Stretching, too.)

I buy my 0% in big 35oz tubs at Costco for $5-something, or 17.6 oz tubs at Trader Joe's for $3.29. Our TJs also have 2%, not sure about Costco.

Put me down for 100 again! Nothing logged yet for this month, but I did go to Jazzercise today instead of watching (and eating) the Superbowl.

I wish it was that simple. Blood tests are just the first step and are especially inaccurate with children. Celiac can only be diagnosed with an intestinal biopsy.

Yesterday I took advantage of the beautiful weather and the National Parks Service freebie day and took my three kids by myself up to Bandelier National Monument. I am trying to get my youngest (31 months) ready for hiking later in the year. He's been at that awkward age where they are too big and wiggly to carry for long,…

51.1mi Slipped and fell yesterday coming down on an icy patch in the mountains. Oops! Luckily it's my shoulder, and everything else is working fine. =) Hating the wind but enjoying more time outside.

I also had athletic shoes that were comfortable that I wore all the time, 3 separate pairs by different manufacturers depending on weather/outfit -- worn everyday for errands, Jazzercise, neighborhood walks, hiking, and chasing 3 kids. Then I got a treadmill. The first few weeks were fine, and then problems started. First…
