Hey all! Is there any way to account for increased calorie needs when you're nursing? I'm currently breastfeeding and trying to lose weight. It's a delicate balance and I want to be sure to get enough calories! Thanks!

I entered an additional 500 calories in cardio to account for it. I don't know if there's another way to factor it in.1

This is the only way I've found to do it too.0

You can log "Breastfeeding Ebf" as a food which will subtract 500 calories.1
