No. I don't think I ever had a weight problem. My highest weight was 175, I'm 5'7 1/2 so still then I was fine, a few pounds heavy. I'm 143 now, just trying to tone now

Didn't google it. I work in healthcare and have for 13 years. Resting heart rate for a normal person is 60-80

I only looked at this week, but It looks like you need to get more. You have alot of cals left over at the end of the day. it also looks like you need to eat less coffee, processed foods, and increased natural fruits and vegs...

That rumor is crap, plain and simple. You have to fuel your body by eating good food. So eat yuor alot cals, then if you exercise eat those also.
