Salsa Chicken. I use a combo of boneless skinless chicken thighs and chicken tenders and a half jar of Pace Picante salsa. Let it cook 6-8 hours on low then shred the chicken. You can use it for tacos or grilled burritos or mix it with pasta. My grandsons who are 10 and 7 love Salsa Chicken.
