It also looks like you are eating a a lot of processed foods. Try eating cleaner...you might be retaining a lot of water from your sodium intake.

I've just started running. Right now i run on the treadmill and do a combo of running and walking. My pace is usually 5.0-5.5. Right now I can run for 15 min no break and then i walk for a few then run again. If i run at 5.5. I have to take more walking breaks. My legs get really tired!!

ugh thanks i'm going to try that now. The scale at the gym is not a digital one...it's just one with a dial. It feels so discouraging when you see a number waaaaay higher than you thought you weighed! I just hope it's not true.

Okay thanks, I will start to put in my exercise at the beginning of the day so I have an idea. Last night for example I ate my dinner but then I had about 500 calories left and I didn't want to binge so I just didnt' eat them. But I could have eaten more during the day if I had known.
