I love spaghetti squash! I just at it for the first time last week and have been eating it all this week too. I just baked it and then sauteed some onions and tossed in the squash. So tasty!!! I can't wait to try it in other recipes.

If you have stomach issues sometimes you have to avoid eating lettuce. My naturopath told me that because I have bad IBS. You can try taking a digestive enzyme when you eat raw veggies and see if that helps. Whenever I eat green leafy veggies I have to eat a digestive enzyme and it definitely helps!

I also use the Vega powder. I have half a scoop for breakfast with almond milk and some frozen berries. I like it because it has 100% of the vitamins you need for the day. I also have a scoop if I need to eat more calories.

I just got the ft7 and i love it so far. The guy at the store was saying that the ft40 has a training program but if you don't need that then the ft7 is more than adequate. I don't need a watch telling me what to do so I went with the cheaper option.

I just bought the ft7. I'm trying it out for the first time tonight. The guy at the store said the ft7 records up to 99 work out sessions but the ft4 only records one at a time so you can really track your progress on the watch. That was why i went for the ft7.

This is a great post! I make sure I incorporate strength training into all of my workouts. Cardio never makes me feel as good as lifting. I can feel myself getting stronger and that's exciting! Hopefully once you start strength training again you will start to gain back the muscle you lost.

Yep when I started with weights a few years ago I was sticking to the 5 pound weights.....if i was feeling extra crazy maybe 7.5 pounds. Now i'm up to 15 pound weights for my bicep curls and I am already noticing a difference in my arms! Now I try to lift as heavy as I can.

are you having a colonic AND a colonoscopy? I have bad IBS and have had 2 colonoscopies. I would never elect to do a colonic lol. Esp. with my spastic colon.
