I am I making something out of nothing? Yes.

Agreed.

It depends on your goals.

Couch to 5k will be way too easy for you. I'd just slow down and extend your runs.

Whoops - double post.

Make it a priority, and you will "find" the time.

Not necessary.

The watch calculates calories burned. For me, there's a very negligible different between the calorie estimates calculated with and without the HRM.

I use Garmin. I've also used Nike+ and RunKeeper neither of which I was fond of. I've heard good things about Running Ahead and Training Peaks.

Once you start running outside, you'll never want to run on the dreadmill again. A helpful tool on what to wear: runnersworld.com/what-to-wear

I'd go with a Garmin. I currently have the 410, and I also used to have the 405. Both are discontinued, and you can likely find them for cheap. The forerunner 10 and 15 are both under $150 (retail price). Personally, I'd skip the heart rate monitor and put the money towards getting a nicer watch. One of my watches came…

Not really. I rarely eat processed food.

3.5 weeks isn't enough time to prepare for a major improvement. I'd start running outside now because you'll like find it more difficult to run outside and pace yourself than on the treadmill, especially if you're not used to running outside. Personally, I'd extend the length of at least one of your runs per week over the…

"So, eating healthy means eating better food, like fruits and vegetables.. But those are expensive, especially out of season.." Stick to buying fruits and vegetables that are in season, and supplement with frozen vegetables and fruit if you like those. Personally, I am not a fan of frozen vegetables, but they're ok in…

Lululemon Stuff Your Bra. It's supportive, doesn't chafe, has an open back, and has pockets.

Why not just cut back on the sugar and cream or switch to milk? You'll just use to the taste.

Are you tracking your calories? I looked at your tracker and you haven't consistently tracked in over a month. I would start by tracking, which will likely give you some insight into what you're actually eating and why you're gaining weight. I've been a vegetarian for 4 years, and I have not had any problem maintaining and…
