Vegetable soup recipe?

I'm looking for a tasty vegetable soup that isn't loaded with sodium. Some I have tried lack flavor, they just taste like vegetables in tomatoe sauce. Any recipes?

I usually use low sodium broth and typically omit or reduce any added salt. A few soup and stew recipes:

Saute a package of Cole slaw mix (easier than buying a whole cabbage), half a can of tomato paste, 3 carrots, 3 celery, à couple of cups of onion and 4 cloves of garlic. Add a quart of low sodium stock, some greens, anything else you have in the produce drawer and a generous amount of basil and thyme.0
