To each is own. I have some large tattoos and one tiny one. My tattoos all have meaning to me . I think tattoos can develop a meaning and story after awhile anyways. I put on jeans that were 11/12 l and they were way to big. I got dresses this morning and fit a shirt that I could never wear. It's a med 7/8. The jeans a size 10 na they were freshly washed and dried and they are too big in the thigh and waist!!!! Feel free to add me :)

I would say lightly active. 3 miles 6 times a week is far from sedentary! :) the calories will adjust for you and if need be you can always increase or decrease calories

it is not impossible and don't give up!! all you need is some support and a tiny bit of motivation and you are o your way. try getting the mfp app so you can log more frequently. definitely looking to be and gain some support for MFPals! We can learn from each other. feel free to add me!!!
