Looks like your logging is sporadic. Best advice I can give you is to log your entire day ahead of time if at all possible. That way there's no guesswork. All that is left to do is stick to your diet. Also make sure you're not depriving yourself of foods you enjoy. Eat whatever you want that helps you hit your calories and macro goals. If you try to stick to only certain foods that people have told you are healthy and eliminate all other foods, then I guarantee you that you'll continue to binge. You can do this. Good luck.0

it is not impossible and don't give up!! all you need is some support and a tiny bit of motivation and you are o your way. try getting the mfp app so you can log more frequently. definitely looking to be and gain some support for MFPals! We can learn from each other. feel free to add me!!!0

I can understand where you're coming from. Firstly you need to examine what motivates your binge eating. Is there an emotional issue that you are going through? Secondly, set yourself some reasonable goals.. macro.. meaning.. overall goals.. So long as you are eating within the calorie intake.. there's no need to deprive yourself of a particular food.
Thirdly, try getting a support group of friends, who can help motivate you through this period. It's always difficult to start something.. much less a weight loss program.
Fourth, recognize that you WILL have some off days where you would "fall off the wagon".. when that happens, don't give up. Get up, stop feeling sorry for yourself and try again.
Finally, you could try getting on an approved dietary plan.. there are so many out there that are workable, like Herbalife.. Otherwise.. just stick to a reasonable achievable diet, add in some light exercise and get going.
Good luck0 -
Macro goals are your protein, fat and carb goals (macros are macronutrients). Your diary should tell you how many grams of each you should be eating daily. These are you macro goals for the day. Ideally, you should be under you calories but at or just over all of your macro goals each day.0

It's ok. We all fall off the wagon every so often. It's part of being human. Try not to punish yourself for the binge, put it out of your mind and plan out your meals for tomorrow. Tomorrow is a new day with new possibilities, and this binge is now behind you. It's over, it's done, it's the past, and now it's time to move on from it and not let it hinder your future.
The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step, and that first step is the most difficult. You're taking that step. Be proud of yourself for that. None of us get through this without ups, downs, hangups, setbacks and challenges. You can do this.0 -
Thank you all for the support. Feeling better... today is a new day0
