I completely agree! After six months of actually trying to lose weight/get healthy I still hate it. I guess what it comes down to is hating your unhealthy habits more that you hate exercise.

I don't get why other women are afraid. I love to lift. I don't try to "max out" or anything. I just do 30 - 60 lbs on some machines at my gym 2 - 3 days per week. I don't want to be one of those ladies who loses weight and has no muscle tone and flabby skin folds (yuck!). :wink:

Just glad I'm not the only one who has this problem. When my feet go numb on the elliptical I cool down a couple minutes .... then i move to a brisk walk on the treadmill. I try to not tie my shoes too tight. I don't know what the problem is!

find a cupsize in a 32 that will work and have a seamstress take it in on the back strap. that's way cheaper. it's what i used to do.
