  • Hi Marie and Culrlieq5, nice to meet you! I look forward to our journey together, especially with a motivator on-board! I loved the suggestion about what to do with the goodies patients bring, that's a great way to sidestep hurt feelings by not eating the treats, it definitely maintains the good intentions of the giver.
  • I'm 49 and I totally understand the flipped the switch thing! Sometimes I get so discouraged, I just quit trying. This time I'm not going to go it alone, I'm reaching out for people in the same boat too. I'm new to participating in the MFP community, so I'm not sure I'm doing things correctly yet! :ohwell:
