As long as you aren't hungry...dont fret! I have never gone over 900 since ive started Feb 2. The better calorie stuff fills you and is low in calories, so its hard to meet the 1200! hope this helps!

Aww 9lbs is a great weight loss!!! Don't be discouraged, I too hoped to be about 9lbs lighter than my current weight by spring break. I'm not sure that I agree on the starvation mode thing...I never and have never eaten all my calories (1200) and I have an average weight loss of 2.4 lbs every 10 days (thats my weigh-ins). I have never been a big eater, so I'm not sure how your body works...but for me (and I can only speak for myself) I try not to worry…

I do the same thing...everyday I am over in Protein and still have 550 cal left to eat!!!! I guess I need help too. I dont eat crazy, just love boiled shrimp and TURKEY!:wink:

I am kindof in the same boat...however, how is your salt intake? With all the water maybe you are like me and the salt (I really didnt have over what anyone normal would have) holds the water on the new muscles. Not sure its just what I tell myself.

Welcome, I did both p90x and insanity...so I recommend Insanity, but get ready its way more intense then p90x and very hard on your body! good luck!
