Add Cinnamon (1-2 TBS) to Yogurt or Oatmeal, something that sticks to your stomach...the Cinnamon will curb those hunger pains and keep you full longer!!!!

I have to disagree...If I ate more than 1000 cal/day I would not lose/or gain. It really depends on what you intake. I eat tons of Veggies that just don't count as more than 15 cal. I'm 5' 3.5" and my CW is 116-118 and I am a SZ 0-2. My GW is 105-112. I just began MFP again after one year off and a cruise later (still weighing 116-118) :) proud to say I have kept it all off!!! My HW was 158.

5' 3.5" I am exactly the same height as you...I started at 153 and I am now at 118, the lowest I got last fall was 114 and it was perfect, I think 113-115 is a great goal for our height!!! go girl!

Deleting Profiles for under 1000 cal. intake is retarded...maybe you need not judge! I only get 1200 cal. a day and sometimes I eat 2-3 cups of arugula (because I love it) and its only 20-30 cal. but very filling. People please read what you post and try to treat others in a positive way :)

I lost first week...that being said, the only way to SHOW weight loss that fast is to not workout and just diet. If you are working out you are doing great, it takes a while longer because muscle weighs more than fat! Don't get discouraged, it will fall off fast when it starts!
