I do the exact same thing. During the day everything is already prepped, such as breakfast and lunch. Once I get home nothing is set aside for dinner so everything is fair game. I think I might try prepping dinner ahead of time so I know what I am allotted for that meal.

Truth - I lack internal motivation to get me to the gym or doing anything. I rely on outside motivation from others which is also lacking at the moment.

I am certainly wanting to lose 100 lbs! I'd like to follow/join this group if that is still an option. Do I just post and I automatically receive updates? I'm not entirely sure how to follow a thread.

I had the very same problem to the point that it hurt to walk. I was told that we need to build up the muscles and tendons on our shins. You can do toe raises to build up the muscles as well as walking. I know that I would get them for softball, but the weeks that I worked out on the elliptical really helped to alleviate…
