So, I just joined weight watchers. Is anyone else following this plan and have any tips, suggestions, success stories?

    I am not doing weight watchers, but I have in the past and done well. I was reading a book today, and it read the funniest quote.

    " how do you expect, anything to go away if you are watching it all the time?"

    I also just joined Weight watchers, but I'm the "calorie counting type" and weight watchers seems a little confusing for me lol!! I haven't logged on and just been keeping up with my diary here. Complete waste of money for me, but good luck hopefully someone has some good insight with WW!!
