I'm constantly praising my 2 year old son for being a big boy, and not wearing diapers anymore!! with every pee or poop,or dry morning there are high fives, great jobs, you da man, etc....so this morning He was feeling around my bed and said "MOM, You didn't pee to bed!!!...I proud of you" I'm still smiling:))

I've never tried the shamrock shake...but i had a Oreo Mcflurry for my treat night....and omg, a small had 580 calories and 73 grams of sugar. Next time I'm just gonna have a Quarter Pounder :))

I'm the same way....It's kind of depressing to weigh yourself in the morning and think u r down 4 pounds, and then that afternoon you are only down by 2!!! I've decided to weigh only in the mornings!!! I put my scale under my bed and only take it out Thursday mornings :))

-10 here in St. Johns Newfoundland, and another Snow Day for the kids.... I really don't know if i can handle any more snow days this year.

Oh yes....I ate a chocolate bar this afternoon, which caused a domino affect for the rest of the day...even had a nap instead of going to the gym!!

Oh I share your hatred...especially this week!!! I couldn't wait until Thursday morning, I worked so hard this week only to step on the scales to see just 1 lb lost...That night I had MacDonald's for supper...then felt stupid for eating it :(( I feel like I'm working super hard....I go to the gym at least 5 nghts a week…

I made my food journal open to friends...I'm not sure about the exercise log...if people other than myself can see what i'm eating I might think twice about what i put into my body

Hi there, I'm 31..I have 3 boys; 12, 10 & 2 and I have 100+ pounds to lose. I started my "healthy living" journey January 14th and have lost 11 pounds so far.

I started my weight loss journey on January 15th and was introduced to MFP a short time later. To date I've loss 11 lbs (Yay Me). It seems my entire life i've wanted to be smaller...and a few years ago I actually was. I lost over 90lbs!!! I felt and looked great, but I lost the weight in all the wrong ways, I was a poster…
