Bought this while on vacation today at a health food store. It's delicious! And only 35 calories a cup, before you add creamer/sweetener. $20.00 for 30 servings. I might just have to order some more of this once I get home.

I agree with you that I personally hate Zumba (in fact, it's my 2nd least favorite way to exercise, coming in right after yoga,) but at the end of the day, if it makes people willing to get off the couch, it's great for them.

To be honest, I normally just skip lunch while I'm at work. I'd much rather just keep on working and get off a half hour early rather than take a break and have to stay longer. If I'm unusually hungry I just grab a protein bar or an apple or something.

My Kroger gas started to carry their knock-off Halo Top! At my Kroger, it was $3.99/pint, which is a dollar cheaper than the regular price of actual Halo Top. I got the Birthday Cake flavor, since I think that everyone on here knows that's it's all about Birthday Cake. (Sorry, I already ate a spoonful before I took the…

Please no. I forgot that I had Amber patchouli perfume on once when I was working out and the whole room reeked like a hookah lounge by the time I was done. Don't subject everyone else to that like I did.

I'm with you in that I don't like pasta. To me, it's just tasteless, starchy filler -- kind of like rice. But I have to admit that I love a freshly-baked artesian loaf of bread slathered in Kerrygold butter. I like cereal too, but I try not to eat it since most kinds of cereal upset my stomach, and because I view cereal as…

No idea! We don't really celebrate the 4th of July at my house. It's just treated like any other day. I'm debating between making homemade gluten-free pizza since I got some buffalo milk mozzarella on markdowns at the grocery store today, chicken thigh skewers, or just maybe going out to eat.

I have! IT's pretty easy -- basically you just microwave the syrup and knead everything together after it's nice and warm. I used a silicone baking mat to knead it instead of a plastic bag since I found that it sticks less. I wrap the bars in clingfilm after they're done and keep them in an airtight food storage container…

Haribo gummy bears. I got a bag for free from Kroger last friday and was really surprised that they used dextrose derived from wheat in them. I had thought that most dextrose was usually derived from corn nowadays.

I normally just get something to drink and eat something else when I get home. I've come to the conclusion that, for me, buffet foods is almost never tasty enough to justify the calories that it has.

Maybe they'll be cheaper in different locations. Kroger sells Halo Top for $4.99 where I live, but it's pretty much constantly "on sale" for $3.99.

Went to Kroger today and I didn't find any. :( they did have Halo Top on sale for $3.49, so I consoles myself with some Birthday Cake Halo Top instead. I got two Catalina coupons for $2.00 off of my next two pints, which would bring it down to 2/$5.00, which is pretty awesome!

About those Enlightened Borthday Cake Rice Krispy Bars: I agree with everyone else! They have a great texture, but they taste nothing like cake! I only taste a very subtle vanilla flavor, and I wish that the vanilla was more pronounced. Does anyone know if the vanilla one is any better?

Now, if only Aldi would come out with a version for $1.99/pint like they did for Ben & Jerry's...(Take the hint, Aldi!)

I was originally going to go to Target tomorrow for almond milk...Guess that I'm going to Kroger now.

I feel your pain. Ironically, it's a running joke at my job that everyone puts on 10 lbs when they get hired at the health food store that I work at. It just goes to show you that, organic or not, a chocolate bar is a chocolate bar, and that calories are still calories. It also does't help that we get 25% off of everything…

I have no clue, but it sounds about as horrible as potato salad or tuna salad or any of those other mayonnaise-tainted abominations that masquerade around society under the moniker of "salad".

He's also taken them on camping trips with his buddies and said that they travel well and are filling. They about the…

I love avocados, but they give me awful stomach cramps and eat a huge chunk out of my calorie budget. :( I eat them against my better judgement sometimes, though. I like to fill the well left by the pit with honey peanut butter, sprinkle it in salt ,and eat both halves.
-
You'd be surprised at how well they sell, though. At the store where I work, we stock the ginger, goji, and lime flavors and we go through AT LEAST a case of each of the flavors every week. Sometimes people come in and buy entire cases. Keep in mind, I'm talking about a small store, so this is pretty notable.

They're tasty and help with my digestion, but they don't particularly help with weight loss. Be careful of the ones that have more sugar in them, like the grape one, since they're probably higher in calories than you're expecting.
-
I liked the birthday cake and caramel ones the most. S'Mores was probably my least favorite flavor since it tasted really artificial to me. I didn't like red velvet or peanut butter chocolate much either, since the flavors on them were so weak.

I used to just mix it with water, a little extra stevia extract (you could use sugar or honey, if you prefer) and a tbsp of mini chocolate chips and microwave it in a coffee mug sprayed with some nonstick spray to make a mug cake. It's really good if you put maple syrup on top!

Is that in glass? That looks really good. God, I wish that it used grassfed milk. But I wouldn't expect that from Yoplait.

What does any of the previous three or so pages of this topic have to do with our unpopular health opinions?

I like getting a small unsweetened latte made with coconut milk. it's about 150 calories, and it's really tasty for only having the added sugar found in the coconut milk.

The only food that I make a point to include in my diet that I absolutely hate is kelp, for the iodine. I blend it into a smoothie though, so all the other things in the smoothie masks the kelp pretty well. And then I top the smoothie with raw ice cream, which also helps. ;) Seriously, though. Forcing yourself to eat foods…

TJ Maxx is where I go. I honestly don't understand why someone would ever pay more than $12.00 for leggings anywhere else when you can get new ones for so little there. ...And if you're looking to be even MORE frugal, try Goodwill. I get SO many "used-but-in-new-condition" clothes from there that I would never be able to…

It depends on your body type, as well as the brand and style of jeans that you're trying on. Women's sizing is absolutely ridiculous for being so inconsistant. I'm 5'9" , 120 pounds and I wear anything from a juniors 7-11, or a women's 6-10 depending on the size and style.
