I'm happy to say that I've not seen anything like that in my gym. There is nothing big, funny or clever about those slogans.
-
You've done an awesome job.

Cut down on the cardio and start strength training.

I would thank him for the gesture but ask that he buy you something else in place of the chocolate or maybe save up the money he would have spent to put towards a treat when you have reached a goal.

Thanks all for the advice. Really looking forward to getting there and exploring.

Lots of great ideas. Thanks

I have to disagree with this bit. Females will never resemble Arnie by lifting heavy unless they have intentionally spent several hours in the gym most days, eating a calorie surplus over a long time period and even then it wouldn't be guaranteed. We aren't made to gain the muscle size like men.

I'm from North Wales ;)

^totally agree with this

Thought I'd be the first to say hi and welcome. You're welcome to add me if you want :)

This!!

Well no I don't think so either. I very much intend to grow old disgracefully with pig tails and purple hair.
-
Is there anywhere you can buy in bulk? I know it's a big spend in one go but will save you money over time.
-
Ha ha I love putting my hair in pig tails but I usually get some strange looks. Maybe they think I'm too old for them!
-
Well done, I think it's better to celebrate all achievements rather than bemoan the small ones. Keep up the good work.
-
Wow you have done such a great job. Keep it up x

Strength training is the way to go. I have heard that it can take a year or 2 for your skin to catch up with the weight loss.
-
Ha ha I love this!! My reaction exactly.

I don't tend to carry over, I start each day fresh but it's how much you are consuming overall in a period that matters (in my opinion anyway).
-
I'm just starting out, add me add me :)
