I paid to have my bf% measured in a hydrostatic tank. They are the most accurate method, so I figured it was worth shelling out $50 to find out for sure.

Believe it or not, lifting heavy is not the only way to get a great body. I am very proud of where I am today and I barely strenght trained at all until recently.

There is a fine, fine line between confidence and narcissism. A good self esteem is healthy. When it starts to reach the point of vanity it becomes very un-sexy, not matter what kind of body you have.

I'm not sure about fibromyalgia, but my sister also suffers from an auto immune disease that causes chronic pain. One thing that has really helped her is kinesiotape. She puts it on her shoulders and knees and it does wonders for the pain. Also her physical therapist has her do contrast baths which have definitely helped…

I run 20-25 miles a week, lift weights 2-3 times a week, log everything I eat down to the last morsel, and keep hydrated at all times. ETA: Even when I was 70 lbs heavier I never had a big stomach so that's why I was able to get a flat stomach now. It never stretched out or had rolls, plus I have never had kids so the skin…

I have breast implants and they account for a whopping 1 lb of my weight. Unless their implants are enormous, they'ren ot going to be that heavy.

Well maybe you don't need to fuel during your run, but are you eating enough in general? If you're not fueling your body properly then maybe that's part of the problem. What's your calorie goal?

I'm 130 right now and would like to get down to 125 and lower my body fat %.

I seem to be the minority here, I LOVE cardio and hate lifting haha. I run 20-25ish miles a week including some hill and sprint intervals on top of lifting 2-3 times a week.

The thing about this process is, you have to get out of the weight loss= success mind set. If you focus on being healthier instead, you will see improvement every day and be much more motivated! Focus on improving athletic performance and eating healthy, and the weight will fall off on its own. :)

I had a breast augmentation after reaching my goal weight, I'm getting a new tattoo on Friday, and I'm putting more effort into doing my hair and makeup in the morning.

Maybe I'm just weird. My TDEE is 2100 according to online calculators but I have found it to be over exaggerated in practice.

I suppose if you were really active 2000 calories would be reasonable, but the majority of people don't make an effort to be very active outside their everyday lives. It's confusing because there is no disclaimer saying "2000 calories a day if you exercise". lol
