Unfortunately they are there forever unless you get them lasered off. Over time they will become really light and barely noticeable in certain light.

Skinny fat is when you are a healthy weight but you have an unhealthy amount of body fat.

It was probably the most boring work out I have ever done. It was great for the first week or so, but after that I was DONE.

Even if you can't see the changes in the mirror, don't be discouraged. Everyone else could see my progress except for me, and it was very discouraging. 70 lbs later I look at pictures from before and see a totally different person! It's worth it, just don't give up!

If you hate the elliptical that much, try finding a different form of exercise that you can sustain. 5 minutes is better then nothing but it's not going to do much for you in terms of fitness.

I had a similar problem. I only felt mine while I was active though. Really the only thing that helped was staying off it for a week or two, stretching and rolling frequently, and then restarting.

I love the idea of this lifestyle but despite educating myself about it, I just can't bring myself to do it. Not to mention it would put a serious serious hole in my wallet. So instead I'm eating vegan and trying to incorporate as much raw food as possible in conjunction. :)

Are you really being honest about your food diary? You need to measure out your portions precisely. A bowl of cereal that you may log as one serving can easily be 2-3 in reality.

Gastric bypass is not a magic pill that will solve all your problems. You will have to permanently change your eating habits, and clearly you have shown you are not capable of making that kind of commitment.

If you want something lo carb you can always have an omelet or frittata. I don't know why you'd want to be low carb though.

Having loose skin in largely based on genetics. Working your ab muscles will literally do nothing to prevent it. And you can strengthen your core doing useful lifts like squats and deadlifts. I would argue that an ab day is indeed a waste.

I recently had a breast augmentation so I can only do lower body work out and light cardio right now. So I do 2 lower body work outs a week in conjunction with cardio.

I would have done more of it. If I had lifted more I would have more muscle mass and less body fat.
