I think people should be aware when they go to Smoothie King. It's not the worst choice you can make, but people seriously underestimate the calories packed in those things. Not to mention unless you tell them not too, they add a ton of sugar.

Pure Organic bars are pretty good as well. :) They're fairly clean, but don't have as much protein as Vega bars. They do have lots of healthy fats and taste amazing though.

I use coconut sugar. yes, it has 15 calories in a tsp. It's worth it to me though because it's minimally processed and tastes delicious.

Being consumed and obsessed with calorie counting, health foods, and exercising is definitely a mental disorder. I went through a period where it literally preoccupied every moment of my existence and it was miserable. I'm working on changing that mindset.

I learned that one serving of cereal is measly and pathetic! Amongst other things. Also I learned that fruits and vegetables do indeed "count", and I can't just write the calories off because they're healthy.

How long have you been heating it? I've heard that sometimes it takes a really long time to get the grains to pop.

Don't go vegan or vegetarian because of a documentary. Do it because you want to.

It really depends on how much weight you are losing. If you lost less then 20 pounds without exercise and you are young and resilient, chances are you'll look fine. Generally someone who exercises will FEEL better, and be healthier.

Does doing chores get your heart rate up and make you sweaty? If so, that's exercise. But if not, you should look into adding something new into your routine like cardio or weight training. (Preferably both.) You will reap many health benefits and also speed up your weight loss if you exercise in addition to your house…

I went from 32% body fat to 21% body fat by combining running with weight lifting and yoga. Strength training is very important when you do boy recomposition. I am not much of a heavy lifter so I did a few dumb bell full body work outs but mostly yoga or body weight exercises.

I might make this for my boyfriend. :) I hate tomatoes and spicy food so chili is not really my thing. Lol
