Hella yeah, weighted squats especially have made all the difference. I went from a flat pancake booty to a nice round firm booty. *kitten* to the grass as my trainer says, or you aren't doing them right ;-)

My trainer has me use a neutral grip, one hand knuckles out, one knuckles in. I get a better grip that way. Guess it's personal preference :-)

I seem to bruise more easily as well....following for info :-) I have been lifting and have bruises on my legs and arms from the bar, but figure that's to be expected, however, if I run into the corner of my footboard or nightstand I get huge bruises too. Bigger or worse when dieting than not :\
