Assuming you have no health problems that you need to focus on just take a good multivitamin. Omega 3 supplements are also helpful but not really needed unless you have cholesterol problems.

Skin sags. That's life. It should be embraced as such. For the record, I'm not against a little bit of maintenance, but reading this thread it seems like some people spend 4 hours per day needlessly applying creams and oils. Just a bit silly to me. Cary on

Expensive carb? Carbs and protein are the same calories. Also I would assume the thermodynamics to be greater because of the conversion that has to take place.

I wear workout clothes in public on occasion, but it seems like you might be overtraining.

Track your food. Keep cardio to once or twice a week. 1 week without losing is okay. 1 kg per week is too much to lose.
