wow so much bad advice. OP how many calories are you eating in a day? How long have you been experiencing a plateau? This is somewhat irrelevant, as I feel like you will get more of the results that you want from a good lifting routine. What is your exercise like right now?

Compound lifts, compound lifts, compound lifts. ETA: I've heard some scary things about neck iso exercises - all second hand, nothing scientific, but I still don't really find them necessary. Shoulder exercises should have an impact on the neck.
