lol. Eggs are great assuming you are healthy. If you have cholesterol problems it's probably best to limit yolks and stick to egg whites.

If you are at a deficit of 500 per day and are set to lose 1lb per week, but you have one cheat day where you go 500 over maintenance per week is that really too much? 7x300 = 3500 (7x300 = 3500) - 1000 = 2500 = you're still losing over half a pound per week, which is pretty good progress.

I don't have a "cheat day" per se, but I also don't feel bad if I go over my calories for the day. There are days when I don't log anything, too, but still try to make conscious choices about what I eat (for example I will not be logging on my trip to Vegas this week). Every day is a cheat day for me, you could say.

You would have to eat 3500 calories over maintenance to gain 1 pound. I know I wouldn't be able to eat 3500 calories OVER maintenance (for me this is pushing 6000 calories) even if I ate at a buffet 3 times in a day. To answer your question: Go crazy and have fun. Don't worry about calories.

Very true. If you mix 1 full can (30ish grams of protein) with 1 tbsp of Hellman's light mayo you are getting 120 calories from protein and 40 calories from fat with virtually no carbs.

GET IT Doesn't it feel good to be able to actually eat? Give it a try for a month. Unless you have metabolic damage or a medical condition you WILL lose weight.

Chicken breast, egg whites, greek yogurt. Looks like my diary. Chicken breast typically has around 1 gram of fat per 3oz, egg whites are basically all protein, greek yogurt varies, but you can get fat free. I prefer 2% with around 2.5g of fat per serving.

I'm also not a fan of having the bike lane right on the curb. Too often when I'm riding in a bike lane I have to go into a car lane to avoid broken glass, rocks, or other debris that has been swept off to the curb.

I'm a fan of bike lanes. I do, however, live in Dallas, where streets and sidewalks are typically quite large, and there is plenty of room for bike lanes. In for opinions.

How long did it take you to get past carb flu? Any hot tips for overcoming it? I don't eat low carb, but I see a lot of people asking about it.

This. Honestly, radioactivity is natural. There is radioactivity everywhere. And if I turn into a mutant than I'll probably grow awesome muscles or turn into spiderman or something. Not complaining about that either.

Don't need cardio for weight loss, just eat less than you were.

This is pretty much a myth. Caffeine is the culprit here, and it hinders the absorption of some minerals. This is effect is very small, though, and it should not be of a concern to anyone. Coffee is the greatest beverage.
