set yourself smaller goals and celebrate when you achieve them. don't think I have .... this much to lose - you'll give up. just say this week I want to lose a pound. when you lose it celebrate [not with cake!!] with a treat - facial, nails done ect. so far it works for me.

why not use MFP? write each morning what you intend to have that day and stick to it. I do that with all my main meals and then it shows me how much I have left for snacks and extras. it's worked so far - 21lbs down!!

firstly - don't panic. you say you have cheat days - how much of a cheat day? sometimes the body needs a jolt. vary your exercise. vary your diet and check your salt levels. hope it helps. either way consistency is the secret of success!
