I'm finished Day 1 Level 2, and the crow pushups are brutal. I can't even come close to doing them correctly, or to doing more than one or two before I lose my balance. So far I'm liking RI30 much more than 30DS, mostly because of the switch to only 30 seconds per exercise, and also because of the increased variety!
