Body Revolution. 40+ pounds lost although it did take me longer than 90 days to get through the dvd's. I am almost done, and I'm sad. I don't know what I'll do next.

    30 day shred
    boost metabolism, banish fat
    no more trouble zones
    ripped in 30
    yoga meltdown
    6 week 6 six pack
90 day body revolution ( a little bit of everything)

There are more, these are just the ones I tried.
I am doing body revolution, just started on Monday!

They are all great as long as you STICK with it and eat clean. It all depends on what you are looking as well.

    In any event Good luck!

Do you guys recommend sticking with one for the whole duration eg. 30 day shred for 30 days or mixing it up. I must say I get bored with doing the same workout everyday. I figure as long as I do something everyday. With a rest day here and there I will see results.

I'm starting Body Revolution as soon as the blister on my heal is better. I LOVE yoga meltdown. I'm probably going to do it tonight. I think that with Body Revolution you get the most for your money. It seems to be the most well rounded and extensive program she has. You could do it the whole 3 months or choose any of the workouts to do separately. I think you'd be getting the most for your dollar with Body Revolution.

First of all, I should mention that I work out for fitness benefits and strength gains, not for weight loss.

I find that I get good results without boredom by alternating Jillian Michaels videos (currently doing 30DS) with cardio-based exercise (currently I'm doing Zumba). It gives me a combination of strength training and cardio, and it is all fun exercise!

Mix it up, if that is what works for you because doing the same workout for some may be a bit boring!!!!

I did that a few weeks ago and got great results.

As long as you workout and eat right you will be fine and should see results.

Oooh Jillian...my nemesis. How I love to hate her! I am on day 28 of the 30DS, (but not 30 in a row, I've taken a few days off.) I started out thinking it would be challenging but not too bad b/c I have been running regularly for quite a while and do pushups and situps regulary so I thought I was pretty fit. Hahahahahahah....Jillian kicked my butt so bad from day one. I had aches in places I didn't even know could hurt. But sure enough, throughout each level I've found myself feeling stronger and being able to hang pretty well with her and Nat by the end of the levels. I didn't take pics prior to and really regret it cause I definitely can see improvements especially in my shoulders, thighs and abs. I haven't lost weight but I'm at maintenance so that wasn't a goal. But I have definitely tightened up. I'm moving on to Ripped in 30 next and looking forward to more quality time with me cursing Jillian's name the whole time and her working me out good!

Guess you need to find the 1's that we have here. I had a quick look on line the other day for the yoga meltdown & could only find it in region 1 & I unfortunately don't have a multi region dvd player
